The International Dispute Resolution Conference is scheduled to take place on January 17, 2024, in Hanoi, and January 19, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City. The conference will bring together legal professionals and experts to discuss the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in a world recovering from the global pandemic.
During the seminars, Mr. Tony Nguyen together with Mr. George Lim SC, Chairman of the Singapore International Mediation Centre will give keynote speeches on turning multi-million dollar green energy and construction disputes into mutually beneficial deals through facilitated settlements in international arbitration. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in green energy and construction projects worldwide, often involving substantial investments and complex contractual arrangements. Consequently, disputes arise, leading to costly and time-consuming arbitration proceedings.
