KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare legal documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze relevant background materials in a professional manner.
  • Draft various types of legal documents, including contracts, memos, and legal opinions.
  • Maintain communication with clients, partners, and government authorities.
  • Handle other administrative tasks related to legal matters.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • Hold a university degree or higher in law with exceptional academic achievements.
  • Possess an LLM degree and/or lawyer certificate.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in arbitration through practical work.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a Law Firm.
  • Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to advise clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possess a logical mindset and strong legal analysis skills.
  • Display a professional attitude and appearance, along with flexibility in handling various tasks.
